The first thing I do is listen. Carefully. I listen to your station the way a programmer listens.

Is the music right? Are the clocks working? Is the imaging doing its job? Is the positioning clear? Are the personalities connecting? Does the station stand apart from the competition? Is there a clear reason for listeners to choose you? I’ll identify what’s holding the station back, spot the opportunity, and move quickly with a plan. No cookie-cutter plans.

Making sure your station has the right position is one of the most critical decisions you can make. I then begin working with you to write the imaging, get it produced and make sure it’s focused.

Morning Show Development. Individual talent critiques. Making sure that the personality side of your stations is job 1 to me. When it comes time to add or replace talent, I’ll be there to assist.
